"Her  mission  is  to  re-inspire, re-energize and re-engage individuals to live their lives with full gusto!"

Stephanie Staples

Stephanie Staples is an award winning speaker, certified personal coach, licensed practical nurse, author, and radio talk show host.  Stephanie is clearly a woman on a mission!! Her mission is to re-inspire, re-energize and re-engage individuals to live their lives with full gusto! Regardless of the media used, Stephanie connects and motivates her audiences to create “something more” with their lives through the realization that each person has unlimited potential.

Stephanie is an expert raconteur and she uses real-life stories, humor, and practical tools to empower and engage her audiences throughout Canada and the United States.   Stephanie has presented her inspirational messages to countless organizations; including: the Mayo Clinic, Government of Manitoba, Women’s Canadian Club, Health Canada, McGill University’s Health Sciences Center, Ontario Nurses Association, Enterprising Women’s Conference, Women Business Owners of Manitoba, and Canadian National Railways. Stephanie has founded three businesses (two successful - you can't win them all!) and is a multiple nominee for Winnipeg's Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award (always a bridesmaid - never a bride!), and, most proudly, she is the founder and owner of Your Life, Unlimited which is devoted to presenting to the public, practical, relevant, and do-able content that will engage everyone to improve the course of their lives both personally and professionally.

In addition to the above, Stephanie writes regular columns for numerous publications, is the host of her radio show Your Life, Unlimited and author of a book and an audio CD of the same title.  Stephanie draws upon her background in nursing and her passion for personal growth to conduct wellness retreats for nurses and health care professionals in cities such as Toronto, Winnipeg, and Calgary. These one-day retreats empower health care professionals to improve their communication and leadership skills. The retreats also help professionals to rejuvenate and reconnect with themselves, their colleagues, and their profession. During the retreats participants become energized through the development of solid and personal wellness plans.

Stephanie is a professional member of the Canadian National Speaking Association and is the incoming president for the Manitoba Chapter. She is also a charter member of the Manitoba Coaches Association, and will forever be an advocate and member of Toastmasters International.

On a personal note, Stephanie has celebrated her 20th year anniversary with her very patient and supportive husband, Randy and they are both enjoying (usually!) the ever changing experiences that their three teenagers bring into their lives. Along with following her kids’ team activities, she, herself began playing ice sports at the ripe old age of 35 and continues to head out into the cold Winnipeg winter a couple of times a week, in full hockey equipment, to join her favorite Ratz for a stress busting game!  She has been an active volunteer of her community club and is heading on a mission trip this summer to El Salvador, this should stretch forever her comfort zone!
